All Dogs Go To Heaven

About a week and a half ago, my parents had to put down our fifteen year old family dog. She was a yellow lab, and easily the best dog I have ever seen. These are some things that I will always remember about Aspen.

She shared the same distain that I did about cats and would hunt them down as often as occasion would permit.

When asked if she wanted to go on a walk, she would start doing circles.

When someone wanted to pet her she would hurry and role on her back so that they would rub her tummy.

When she got excited she would pee everywhere!

When she was allowed in the house, she would lay right in front of the fridge.

She would sense when we were going camping and would jump in the back of the truck because she was affraid that we would leave her. She would stay there overnight if she had to.

She never barked or bit, she just chilled.

We all loved her and will miss her.

  1. :( Oh this makes me so sad! I loved seeing that dog when we lived in Pocatello! But you're right all dogs go to heaven!
