From Halloween, to the real thing!

For Halloween, Derrik dressed up as a patient and I was his nurse. That is about as creative as it gets when you shop at the DI for a costume and you're still frugal enough to by pass the six dollar outfit and hit up the two dollar one instead:)

A couple of days ago, Derrik had surgery on his wrist! About a year ago he fell off a ladder while building a cabin. The middle picture was taken on the scene. He had stitches on his chin, and had his front tooth chipped. He also hurt, you guessed it, his wrist. Anyway, long story short, we finally got it taken care of this week, and although it wasn't very fun, I'm glad it wont be hurting him any longer!
